
At press* food & wine we're unashamedly parochial when it comes to sourcing our food. We work within the season, close at hand with our local suppliers and small-scale farmers. We've got an eager eye for provenance.
We look at cooking as a skilled craft not as art. We're a bit 'in-house' when it comes to curing, pickling, baking, brining, smoking ... And, we've got loads of passion and a good dose of ethics.
We simply want to bring the best products from our patch of the earth to the table and have fun doing it.
The ground floor eatery at press* is the perfect place for a glass of wine. Our kitchen is open all day so you can enjoy a snack or, settle in for a few hours. It's walk-in only downstairs so you can drop in as you please.
Reservations are taken on our first floor. This loft-style space, flooded with natural light is an inviting scene for an intimate get together or a feast for a crowd.
